Add-ons

Grow without renegotiating.

Base plans stay simple. Add seats and storage as you go — both get cheaper at higher tiers. All prices exclude VAT.

Archive workspaces are for completed projects, not active work — they carry slower retrieval and possible retrieval fees.

Version retention

Immutable versions, tiered by plan.

Recovery is real value, and it consumes storage — so retention is tiered rather than unlimited.

Committed capacity

No surprise bills.

You commit to a plan capacity and pay for it predictably. We make growth fair and surprise-free:

  • Usage alerts at 70%, 85% and 95%
  • A 10% temporary overage grace for 7–14 days
  • Overage auto-billed in 100 GB or 1 TB blocks
  • Admin approval required before large expansion
Pricing FAQ

The questions buyers actually ask.

Why bundle seats with storage?

Pure per-user and pure per-GB pricing both fail this market. One firm has 30 people but 10 active CAD users; another has 12 users but 10 TB of point clouds. Plans plus committed capacity plus cheap add-ons serve both without punishing either.

What does “committed capacity” mean for my bill?

You commit to a plan capacity — say 5 TB — and pay for it whether you use 2.7 TB or 4.9 TB. In return you get a predictable bill, usage alerts before you hit the ceiling, and a short grace window rather than a surprise charge.

How much more is monthly billing?

About 15–20% more than annual. For example, Studio is €69/mo on annual or roughly €82/mo on monthly billing. Annual is the default headline price.

Do you charge for data transfer?

No. Opening, downloading and sharing files never adds to your bill — there are no data-transfer fees. That keeps your monthly cost predictable, however heavily the team uses the drive.

What happens to old versions and projects?

Versions count toward your quota after the included retention window. For completed work, cheaper archive workspaces hold long-term data at a lower rate, with slower retrieval.

Is there really a free pilot?

Yes. We migrate one live project, set up users and locking, and run a restore test. If your team doesn’t prefer it over NAS, VPN or sync tools, you don’t pay.
