The agreement between your organisation and Archi Systems AS for using Orbifs — in plain terms, with the detail where it matters.
This page sets out the structure and intent of our terms. The binding version is the agreement you accept at sign-up or sign with us; where the two differ, the signed agreement governs.
These terms are between Archi Systems AS (“we”, “us”) and the organisation that opens an account or signs an order (“you”, “customer”). By using Orbifs you agree to them.
We provide the service on the plan you choose. Plans, capacity, seats and add-ons are described on our pricing page. Beta features are labelled as such and may be governed by additional beta terms.
You’re responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. Our acceptable-use rules are simple:
Breaching these rules can lead to suspension or termination under this agreement.
You own your files. We claim no ownership of your project data. We process it to provide the service and under your instructions, as set out in the DPA. You can export your data; on termination we return or delete it per the DPA.
We aim to keep the service available and maintained, with planned maintenance announced in advance where practical. Support is by email at support@orbifs.eu; Business and Enterprise plans include priority support. Specific availability targets are published in our service materials as they are finalised.
A pilot lets you evaluate Orbifs on one project at no charge. If your team doesn’t prefer it over your current tools, you don’t pay. Pilots may be time- and capacity-limited and are provided “as is” for evaluation.
Either party may terminate per the agreement. We may suspend access for serious breach, security risk, or non-payment, with notice where practical. We’ll always give you a route to retrieve your data.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without further warranties to the extent the law allows. We don’t warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Neither party excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, within the EEA framework, and disputes are subject to the courts of Oslo, Norway, unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
We may update these terms; material changes are notified to account holders and reflected in the version line above.
Email support@orbifs.eu and we’ll route it to the right person, including data-protection requests.
